1. General Policy
At Cooker Brand Pulses, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Since our products are grocery items and perishable goods, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was described.
2. Conditions for Return
We accept returns or replacements strictly under the following circumstances:
- The product packaging is tampered with, unsealed, or damaged at the time of delivery.
- The product is past its expiration or best-before date when received.
- You received an incorrect product that you did not order.
3. Requesting a Return
If your item meets the above conditions, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach us at [email protected] or call our toll-free support number. Please make sure to include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number. Return requests submitted after 48 hours will unfortunately not be accommodated.
4. Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is collected from your address, your refund will be processed. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), our support executive will request your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund safely.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, simply log in to your account or contact our support team. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
